Feds offer no plea deals to 3 former cops charged with violating George Floyd's rights

I can't exactly tell whether or not this is supposed to be sarcastic or stating facts but this is pretty much how all experienced cops take encounters.

At least in big cities or on the highway anyways.

and shoot until you run out of bullets.

This is also probably an experience thing. I've seen enough undercover cop shootings in brazil. People don't magically go down with a single bullet like in movies. Even after by all accounts you should be dead (with exception of piercing the heart or a major structure like the aorta, severing the spine, or emptying the skull) people will still just charge at you with a full magazine of 9mm in them.

Of course, theres cop accuracy but people don't go down like rocks in the movies.
