The music is a great fit (is it free to use?) and you've got some really nice shots in the video. For what it is it's excellent, I'm not overly sure how you could improve the content of your video unless you were living a life doing ridiculous and exciting things 24/7.

If the idea of the channel is to grow I think you need to be disciplined and make sure that videos like this don't overwhelm the vlog posts. This sort of 'look at where I was' type video has much more weight when you're interested in the person who was their and finding out about their experiences.

You also need to do a bit of research into YouTube SEO as the metadata for this video is pretty standard for a new youtuber in that it's not had a lot of thought put into it and could be helping you a lot more!
