I feel compelled to support the trans community...but a lot of what you say is true (conflicted woman here).

Hi everyone. I appreciate the answers and input.

I'm sorry for putting my personal life out there. I meant for it to lead into the next paragraph and explain why I think and believe certain things. I re-read it and it actually sounds really awkward and abrupt, which I didn't want. So I'm sorry for that first and foremost (on the bright side...it's getting easier to talk about I guess).

Secondly, I have also heard the argument that transgender people are trying to appropriate womanhood and turn it into something it's not. I can see what people mean when it comes to Caitlyn Jenner (to be honest, she/he/whatever you want to call this person really annoys me), who turns being female into wearing make-up, wearing sports bras when you play tennis, getting your hair done, really trivial nonsense. But I've heard that the issue goes deeper than that. I would like to know what people mean by that, if you understand this line of thinking. I recently watched a YouTube video a while ago from Gigi Gorgeous. In this particular video, Gigi came out as trans and towards the end said something about being more of a woman than most biological women basically because she actually chose to become a woman while biological woman were just born women and didn't really get to choose. I did get offended and so did a lot of other women in the comments section. Is it something along those lines as well, like someone who was born male claiming womanhood and saying how they are a better woman or more of a woman than women who were born female? I'm curious.

And most of you got what I meant about masculinity and femininity, just basically what society deems "masculine" and what it deems "feminine".
