If no one else is living this lifestyle around you it nearly impossible.
Exercising for months on end has an eventual burn out point [I still work out, but I take breaks when I feel my body burning out. Rest.]
Constant Social interactions for months on end has an eventual burn out point. [I don't interact with strangers in person anymore, I communicate with my family only.]
Dieting for months on end has an eventual burn out point. [I still eat healthy food, but I also eat unhealthy foods when they are available.]
Meditation is good for short periods maybe once a week, but daily can lead to unnerving thoughts/existentialism.
Sobriety for a chemical individual is possible, but it comes in waves and during these points it is painful to not partake. [I drink caffeine daily, alchohol once or twice per month, Nicotine two or three phases for year, and weed once or twice a year when it's available to me.]
I sleep good, this point I agree with.
Netflix/streaming services is nice when I am by myself, or when family wants to watch something together.
