Do you feel at home in your native country?

I just want to say that the English level of your SO should be the least of your impediments. From what I see day to day in my province, it's not such an insurmountable task to live here with a very basic level of English. I mean, we have Chinese people here running restaurants not being able to speak a lick of English. Not to mention that my province is basically a university hub with foreign students from all over the world, most of whom only know basic levels of English. It's actually amusing to me that foreigners can come here and successfully run a business or graduate from school without even knowing how to speak our native language. I suppose it's probably because Canada is just overall friendly to everyone.
