can claim one leh.. had a storeman successfully fight a case and get an almost six-figure payout from mindef after he was able to prove that his vocation and the unwillingness of the medical board at that time to down pes/revocate him from storeman to clerk caused him to have a herniated disk. but this was more than 10 years ago..
i dont think it was an easy case to fight but i did ask him about it several years later because i received a call from mindef randomly asking about this storeman (i think they were gathering evidence for their defense) like what kind of store work he do, what time period were u in charge of him etc etc. they actually didn't really ask that many questions and i told them a lot of things i can't remb, had already ORD'd for more than a year; probably served with said storeman for less than 5 mths before i was done.
