i feel like i'm the biggest loser ever

I hardly go out with friends except some important gatherings. I feel comfortable and happy when I spend time in nurturing my soul and taking care of my feelings. I also have anxiety disorder. When I get depressed and not okay with my situation, I will wear headphones and open my coloring book to make some colour. This really helps heal my broken heart.
