stop taking it if its causing anxiety. Personally every time i have convinced myself to stop taking a medication or it gives me adverse side effects, I flush them down the toilet for instant gratification. But the right thing to do is return them to a pharmacy because they'll dispose of it safely I presume, if everybody did what i do then the local water supply would become fucked I think

There are other treatments for depression and there are other antidepressants. Some people take St. John's Wort and that helps, well it does something enough to where doctors advocate not taking it while you're on another SSRI. There are also SNRIs, Tetracyclic & Tricylic ADs, and abilify which is my personal depression repellent).
