i feel like im sinking (long)

You're being too hard on yourself. You're not relapsing, you've just hit the hard part of dieting. If you look at just about any commercial diet plan, you'll notice that there's a 10-14 day "kickstart" phase, involving high restriction. Believe it or not, that's the easy part. You lose fast, it feels great, and you feel powerful and in control.

But two weeks of eating super-low calorie is about all your body wants to do. It's not sustainable. Now you enter the actual hard part-- you have to increase your calorie intake. If you don't, your body will get too weak, you get emotionally dysregulated (mood swings), and you will binge. You can eat 1000-1200 calories and still be losing weight. It would be great to keep those first two weeks going and keep losing that quickly, but it doesn't work that way. It's a recipe for failure and feeling like crap both physically and emotionally.

If you loved the feeling of those first two weeks, you can plan to do it again. Reduce for two weeks at a time, bring your calories back up to 1200-1600 for a 3-4 weeks to rev your metabolism back up (you won't gain), and then start the cycle over. Lather, rinse, repeat. Hang in there, you've got this.
