Do you feel that main stream media is more sympathetic to MRA views or Feminist views?

I don't think it's as clear cut as what /u/avantvernacular and /u/MrPoochPants have said, depending on how you look at it. For example, where I live now, there was a municipal election a few months ago. One of the talking points amongst candidates at that time was homelessness (and of course what they said was later published in newspapers and online). It wasn't presented as a male issue by the candidates, but insofar as men make up the majority of homelessness, the MRA view of "the issues of homeless people need to be addressed" was certainly in the mainstream media. You can also see this in American politics when people talk about things like the prison-industrial complex (which affects mostly men).

Another example is when I was visiting my parents last summer, this happened. Why? Because Trudeau wanted to give women the right to abort for whatever reason they wanted. When a reporter asked if women should have the right to abort based on the sex of the child, he stated that that's a decision that should be made between a woman and her practitioner, but he does not condone it. Of course, that was then spun the way it was by that media outlet. I know that this isn't a popular MRA stance, but there is definitely anti-feminist leanings in the media which can be easily sought out.

Then there's Fox News.

Now that being said, I think that if something idiotic is going to be said about a man/men or a woman/women in the media, it's more likely to be said about a man/men. I think feminism the movement (as in, its role in whatever is going on) is far more discussed than the MRM, but I don't think that's indicative of sympathy to the movement or its talking points so much as it's indicative of feminism's bigger political clout.

Of course, this will likely change depending on where you live.
