‘I Feel Sorry for Americans’: A Baffled World Watches the U.S.

In Australia the national and majority of state leaders who followed science and medical advice and locked down as required are on a political high. It has been largely a non political issue.

People here understand to a very large degree that sacrifices needed to be made for the greater good lest the country turn to shit and kill many thousands of people.

Case numbers for entire country now are less than 20 a day. Apart from tourism an the arts/entertainment most of the country is operating relatively normally.

We've been watching with horror and bewilderment at the goings on over in the USA. It seems to be all about rights without responsibility.
