Feeling like I took on too much for too little?

60 or so people, with three locations. We have about 80 systems if we're talking client computers, servers, VMs, etc. This is also including the IP phone system, AD, etc as well.

I also take care of re-mediating security threats based off a third party assessment. This usually has me editing the GPO and writing small batch or powershell scripts as tasks that run on login.

We have a budget but it is very tight from what I experienced so far. I've used my own drill and other tools on occasions because we didn't have them at the location I was at.

I've also built a network monitor using Grafana, InfluxDB, Telegraf, and an ELK stack as well since there was none in place.

I'm the sole sysadmin/support and then we have two programmers and then the CTO.
