Feeling lost, mentally ill, and isolated (advice please?)

I'm surprised by how similar my situation is to yours, i'm in my 5th year in a country with 6 years of medical school after which we get to specialise according to our grades,

My first 3 years were average, i did well in anatomy as well, but since 4th year everything went downhill, that i had to repeat the year, now in 5th year, i'm facing the danger of repeating once more.

I also have mental problems which are not diagnosed, that caused me to only have 1 friend with the same problems as me,

My dream specialty is surgery, no particular one, maybe neurosurgery. But this dream is far far far away from me, because it needs an average of 77% for NS and 73% for general Surgery but my average is 68%,

What i want to say is, you are not alone, some people do ace everything and end up with any speciality they wish, as for the rest of us we get thrown like garbage to specialities that no one wants in cities far away.

Honestly, i'm just writing hoping someone or something can help us both.
