Feeling stumped. How would you test this offer in the home improvement niche?

I mean, there are millions of people who obsess over coupons and saving $0.10 on a can of soup.

The problem is marketing, it's going to cripple you unless you have serious capital to invest. How long have coupons been around?? Probably 50 years at least, and that's why people know about coupons.

I've been a home owner for 10 years and I've had a lot of work done during that time. Have I ever had the idea to get multiple bids and submit them to a third party service? Nope, not once... not until I read about your idea today.

So yeah, like I said... you can build this thing out 100% perfectly, but unless you can somehow reach MILLIONS of homeowners and make them aware of your service you're gonna be fucked. If you have the $$$ then go for it, maybe you can buy lists of people buying homes and target your marketing to new home owners? No clue, but standing up the web site and service then expecting people to show up is an epic mistake.
