Feels like street harassment is increased and feels more dangerous during COVID

Have you worked somewhere that had public restrooms with no purchases and had to clean them? The number of homeless/mentally unwell/drug addicts that use them and have no regard for the bathroom itself vastly out numbers the people who use them and try to keep it tidy.

In my previous job as a barista downtown there were constantly needles in the bathroom even though we had a sharp disposal box right there, there was blood on the baby changing station, pubes/hair all over the toilet, someone wrote with sharpy terribly racists things about the white baristas at my store all over the bathroom, the sink was constantly clogged due to people showering in it.

It's not as simple to say that there should just be more public restrooms.
