Fellas, lets discuss toxic masculinity in BLACK MEN, misogyny from BLACK MEN, domestic violence from BLACK MEN, transphobia from BLACK MEN and all the other ways BLACK MEN are not fulfilling our roles

I tried having this conversation before with my threads on Trans issues, and I even talked about solutions, activism and donating to trans positive organizations which I do already. For everything else, I donate and support where I can. That is just me, but black men asa whole many of us don't do do that donating to charities and organizations thing, it always comes down to black women.

I mean BLM was started by sisters not our brothers. When black women were getting killed like black men, their death only 15 minutes of fame, and were even worse (I am thinking on Sandra Bland dies in a fucking jail cell and Tarika Wilson dies holding a baby and the baby had to get a finger amputated and was shot too). But they are all forgotten now and we still dragging Michael Brown and Freddie Gray names through the streets. I understand those were names that sparked riots, but still we didn't riot over the black women we lost though.

It is not only that, look at niggas and music, we still got niggas supporting the same as misgynistic assholes who even not only say sexist shit, but say shit that disparages black people. Lil Wayne and ASAP Rocky got caught doing that #alllivesmatter bs. Future be dragging Ciara on the sly still years later. At least Jay-Z owned his shit in 4:44 and apologized (one of many reasons this album is probably the best of the year).

Then we got sports, NFL is shit, we should not support any of that shit, NBA is the same shit. But we still hop out and buy 2k and Madden yearly. These niggas went ahead and turned kaeps shit into just dissing the President.

Then we just have the daily niggas. The average brother you know and may be, they hold some homophobia still, they still have some sexist thoughts still and attitudes. See here is the thing, I know we all try to do the best we can with what we have and try to live our life the best we possibly can. But sometimes not only is it not enough to really calls ourselves part of the black community it just lets all that toxic masculinity and anti-LGBT views just fester.

We need black men to come out and support LGBT rights publicly, because still I only see BLACK WOMEN doing it. We need Black men to come and call brothers out who be on that toxic masculinity shit.

I mean I can bring it back to the Breakfast Club and Lil Duval, sooooo many niggas cosigned this shitty ass nigga Duval like trans women are just tricking straight men into sex. How Charlamagne who supposedly is "woke" let this nigga Duval go off like he did. When you don't call niggas days after that fucking interview Duval was still talking bout that shit and people were STILL cosigning this man. Mostly black men, I won't say there wasn't any black women, because there was too.

This is what I mean, we have to call this shit out. I do that shit all the time with my family. You have to let the people around you know some shit is not right.
