Hi there, I believe we're in the same boat. Or at least a similar one. I'm looking for female friends, heck, even just one good female friend will do. I'm not really a "friendship circle" kind of person, not that I don't want it, I've just never found one that I fit into, at least not since high school. Museums, live shows and restaurant outings (and not clubbing) and such sound right up my alley, but so does just hanging at home with someone, having a sleepover, watching TV shows, movies or playing games, or just chilling together and doing nothing. I like dressing "girly" but don't consider myself extremely femenine, if that makes sense. It depends on my mood or how I'm feeling I guess! Also, I like that you enjoy a good horror movie. I used to be all about that but haven't indulged in it much as of late. I'd love to watch more as I'm sure there's a ton of recents that I've missed. More about myself, I wouldn't exactly call myself fit, but I do enjoy going for walks, and going to the gym a couple of times a week. I've lost a bunch of weight already but have still a ways to go and would enjoy having a friend to do more outdoorsy stuff and things with too. At this point I feel like I'm replying to a dating ad. But then again it's not that different is it? I treat friendship-type relationships with the same amount of seriousness as a romantic one, maybe even more so!
I'm finishing up a Bachelor in Animation and when I'm not at Uni, I'm in my studio full-time everyday (in Fitzroy, but living in the inner West), working on developing my short film and pursuing other creative ventures. In short, I love animals, reading, films and animation, graphic & interactive novels, gaming (when I have the time), polaroid photography, design, going out for rides on my vespa, travel, languages, exploration new places, cooking, and recently tinkering around and hoping to learn to compose my own music on the original gameboy. :)
