A few months ago I was charged with grand larceny, it's a wild ride and I need an inside look.

Honestly, I would probably just take the 5th on everything I was just responding to what I would say, I wouldn't say anything, and I wouldn't lie as not telling everything by every detail is not lying, however they broke their own student conduct and should be held accountable, I feel as you are thinking this is a pure legal battle when there are other factors. If I take the 5th, sure it wouldn't look good, but what could they do about it?? What could they say? I've been through enough with this school and would just prefer to let my lawyer take over. I'm not "confident in my readings" But I do have proof that they broke their own student conduct, as my case was dropped they can't hold me liable for my past crime if I do take the 5th, and in all honesty they shouldn't be able to as there was a falsified police report as well. I have tons of proof against them that they did end up breaking conduct and ignoring my emails, their proof against me is what exactly? A dismissed court review and taking the 5th?

Sure, I don't know a lot about law, I'm not going to say I do and neither does it interest me, and I will say I don't know enough about law to say I know what I don't know, but with the information I've just given you it appears that I would likely win if I did take them to court
