Well the Palestinian Arabs claim that after Mohammed died, in 632, the Arabs tribes in Arabia banded together and began conquering areas around them. During the time the fledgling Arab empire invaded and conquered Palestine, which is a Roman word that literally meant “land of the Jews” (figuratively it meant “land of philistines).

This is what the Palestinian Arabs claim and they are correct. Calling the Palestinian Arabs “zionists” for stating their own history is weird.
