Fighting games need to incorporate beat-em-up singleplayer for mainstream success

I would like to point out the Smite has lots of PVE events it has been incorporating into it's game for over a year which serve as a place to let those not interested in PVP do things and learn characters for when they may want to foray into PVP (if they choose to).

Juts because games aren't doing it doesn't mean it's not a good idea, there was a time when using left analog to move/strafe and right analog to aim wasn't done but after being properly introduced it stuck.

I think poster here is on to something. A casual mode which lets you learn a character in a mode not focused on 1 on 1 to reduce pressure while still encouraging useage and learning of different moves for use in the PVP is definitely something that would make these games more accessible to others and not something I had considered.
