Filing a complaint against a detective

So I had to look up Pennsylvania ARD and it appears to be like what gets called diversion in a lot of other states. I had assumed you had to plead guilty in order to enter the program, but I was incorrect. I'm not sure how you got denied housing since you are not convicted unless your arrest made local news.

If she provided false information to the detective and he repeated it because he did not find anything to discount it does not make him a liar. It makes him a shoddy detective. Unfortunately, being handed a badge that says "detective" doesn't make you a great cop no more than shoving feathers up your butt makes you a chicken.

If your ex's accusations have that many holes in them maybe you should discuss withdrawing from ARD and laying it out for the prosecutor. Very often if they think the case is a stinker they will NP it.
