Can u tell the difference. Jesus so much harder to get lean and shredded without shit. But imma do it no matter what. Now being free of gears and gettin in top notch shape became a personal challenge for me. After almost 3 years of non stop use (bridging is still on btw- but there is a trt and it is a different thing - u don't cycle nothing but low dose of test for life) n being of now for 8 months my metabolism slow down a bit n body doesn't burn fat as fast and don't keep that fullness and pump, especially on low carb. Im actually carb cycling now but with more feel to it than protocol, just go by the way I look and feel, so I up the fats and low the carbs, or visa versa. My protein is always high. My cardio is daily besides legs and arms days, those are my weak points so I kinda save the calories for them. My off day is very cardio oriented, about 2 hrs of fasted bike, run and boxing in the am. Just plenty of electrolytes water, to keep my hydrated and functional. My body follows my lifestyle and I'm enjoying it, cuz i don't just look at myself 24/7! #goldenaesthetics #strongerthantheworld
