Finally have had it. Leaving the MSP world

14 years as an engie ? You sir have some nerves made out of tungsten...

My last engie job was a software engineer for 3 years for a medium sized company, also did some IT prior to that but mainly software dev career and I can relate since these were the most exhausting 3 years of my life. The company was running fine, my peers were all ok, every Friday evening me and my ex were invited to my bosses house, it was a very fun time, but my gosh, the workloads were piling up so that in the end i had 3 full blown projects for 3 customers and couldn't take it anymore. In the end, I choose the management route and stayed there, switched a few times between companies avoiding start-ups and here i am, sane again. I have time for my private projects, have time to date people, have time for myself, (almost) never to be bothered with chaos ever again.
