I finally love broccoli. What are your favorite ways to prepare it?

I eat broccoli every night during the week. I usually make the same dish.

First blanche the broccoli in boiling water for 2 minutes maximum (you can also steam it). This cooks the broccoli enough away from being raw, but not mushy. Strain the all of the broccoli to remove as much water as possibly. Get a wok or large pan and heat 3 tablespoons of canola oil on maximum high temperature. Add bell peppers, raw onions, black beans, or raw garlic (or you can all add of these), and add your broccoli. Add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil plus a sauce made of 4 tablespoons of sauce sauce and 2 tablespoons of corn starch. Mix the entire growth of vegatables, oil, and sauces for approximately 3 minutes and serve. It tastes wonderful, you can also combine it with white or yellow rice or with grilled chicken or beef.
