All 3 talents at that tier are viable although rite and malice are by far the best choices for good Alaraks for different reasons.

And your argument is wrong. It's very common for good Alarak players to surpass 40% with rite. Rite is generally easy to stack in ranked until the ultra late game. It's not uncommon to need 60%+ from rite to carry hard enough to end the game when your team is a bag of complete derps (most games). There is an argument for malice, mostly when you evaluate that you only need +30ish sadism to carry the game and you're concerned about surviving as malice let's you rebound fast, rite doesn't.
