Finally shaved my head after a year or so to reveal some major leprosy style patches (The glossiness is from the first round of Dovonex I've managed to get on my scalp)

Ok so the plan for the day time (its 6am here, I'm on UK time) Weather is going to be: about 17C during the day, moderately bright with some clouds. I'm thinking that;s enough to give me skin some help. Anything to start the healing process on my scalp.

Perfectly honest, I'm fine with the patches on my chest. I got rid of the ones around my crotch which make me appear to have the final stages of syphilis. But I think 2 weeks should be enough to get the repairs going, and if it's cured (or temporarily in those patches) on my scalp, the following 2 weeks after that where my skin resumes its normal growth pattern of a month instead of 3 days, I should be able to get away with bringing my longer hair back without having flakes all over my shoulders.

If theres anyone with long term experience with Scalp psoriasis would be much appreciated. I know diet is brought up a lot, so I thought I'd mention this I consume about 5-6g of Paracetamol a day ( a known antagonist) 300mg of codeine 2Mg of Etizolam for sleeping purposes (although the psoriasis started well after I started taking it and there has been years without I have a primarily protein based diet, meat with every main meal I have good nutrition but definitely not near enough calories (probably 1500-2000, which leads to what I've named energy crashes, where my legs start to go weak, my heart rate and blood pressure increase dramatically and the only fix is either a big meal or lots of sugary drinkd until I can make said meal.

Average day: Wake up at 12pm, catch up on last nights Yank to shows such as The Daily Show, cook some lund. 2pm, have shit, show, shave. Then get changed into work uniform. Maybe watch some more TV leave for work at 3:40, spend majority of my time lifting heavy obects or sat behind a till (which fucks my back(, Get back from work about 10:45pm eat dinner, stay up till 4a, rinse and repeat with different meals.

Diet usually consists of an even balance of fish, white meat and red meat with vegetables maybe 3x a week.

Liquid Consumption: About 3 litres of Dr. Pepper per day Alcohol Consumptions: Usually 5 pints on a very vary rare night out. I've drank 3 times since 2014.

Exercise: Pretty much lacking, I walk everywhere, the journey to walk i just over 30mins and coming back involves a climb, but could do with help.

Drugs: Zapain 30mg/500 Co-Codamol 200 for25 days Etizolam, 4hr Metabolite Thenodiazepeoine (which means it's primary neural effects are countered by food, but what remains in your system has a half life of 4 hrs easing back pain (as I know mines caused by fucked up verterbrae and a shunted shoulder. That and I'm an imsoniac so the only way for me to sleep at all without having plenty of spare time to go naturally (naturally takes about 8hrs) it gives me 4hrs of peace. WARNING: If you are considering it, never mix etizolam with alcohol. It acts like rohypnol. Greatif you need to sleep.

Skeletal problems also linking to psoriasis, I spent most of my time indoors working on a computer, or when I'm at work I get maybe 25 mins in a 6hr shift outdoors, 15 of it is helping disabled people will up their fuel tanks.

As I mentioned earlier I believe (if someone has evidence to prove me long I'm all ears) that paracetamol is the trigger for the skin raising flair ups, as when I had to switch to 8mg/500 co-codamol, my daily intake went from 5G of Paracetamol (which a healthy liver can easily handle, thus the lack of drinking) to maybe 8-9G of paracetamol, I've understood this is very dangerous it's that or deal with codeine withdrawl which I'd rather not have whilst workng. (too much info.... sorry)

If there are any foodstuffs that people can recommed to me to complement the artificial Vitamin D from Dovonex (as my job and lifestyle put more more often at night) then I'd be very grateful, as we cann accept it's a shitty autoimmune disease.

Things I've checked out to know aren't cause Caffeine Nicotine Processed food ( i have one, maybe two cheap burgers from a burger van a month)

I'll happily admit I don't even enough fruit, veg or pulses straight up. Everything usually includes some form of potato i.e. Chips, Roasties, Wedges.

TL:DR If theres anyone with similar symtoms, Dandruff effect on hair unless combed with a bit comb till it bleeds and then covered in Dovonext, a problem they've isolated to day to day consumption, and no It's not stressed. I've been stressed only twice in my life and one was at work the other was a hobby.

Any questions? I like this sub-reddit. Shame I missed it before.
