A 'financial disaster for millions of Americans' could arise if the Supreme Court strikes down Biden's student-loan forgiveness, Elizabeth Warren details in a new report

I never claimed to have solutions but I can certainly have opinions of executive actions. And just to be exceptionally clear this proposed action does absolutely nothing to change or fix the system. Tuition is still extremely high and people attending school in Fall 2022 or later wouldn't be eligible for relief no matter what happened in SCOTUS. Any fixes to students loans must also address the underlying system and should be done via legislation rather than executive proclamation. This is nothing but a half trillion dollar band aid on a system that continues to exploit people without even attempting to address the systemic problems in higher education.
