Financial Post: Bank of Canada opens door to another rate cut — but not one below zero

Well first of all we DO understand the details of why certain crashes occured after the fact.

And second of all I'm not telling you what will happen 'with the market' I am telling you that we can be confident in how the government and central banks will respond. The fact you don't undrestand the difference indicates that you should probably not be in this discussion.

And to think we don't have any clue as to why the housing market crashed, for example, is completely silly. And we can avoid it from crashing *that way* agin. Of course that doesn't mean it can't crash ANOTHER way, but we certainly know how to prevent it from crashing the way it did before.
