20 and already self restricting to an extremely niche career set, I'm not sure you can describe that person as a "creative professional". You'd going to have to move if you want to do that and it'll almost certainly have to be to London, and you'll do it for basically free for a least the first 5 years of not 10. That's the way the UK is. For most none technical staff it's a racket. Hollywood is filled to the gunnels of wannabe creative professionals for the exact same reason.

Why are we selling this shot to young people? Of course you rs a tiny number of jobs that niche as fuck. Did noone sit down and explain the workforce to him? This is the sort of thing you specialise in later not open your career with.
