'Undeclared war'? There only one country that think that this war is 'undeclared' - russia.

2013 was a good year. "Москаляку на гiлляку" - you mean Euromaidan when ukrainians forced russian puppet president Yanukovich to run away from country? Yanukovich who promised "eurointegration" during campain but have no intentions to do it at all which led to Euromaidan? Yeah. It was good year.
