Firewatch coming to the Nintendo Switch this Spring

I'm not even trying to focus on Pewdiepie's part of this equation

he's the racist/anti-semitic part of the equation. He's the reason they wanted to distance their product from his channel and issued the DMCA. The argument against this developer is a lot easier to make if you ignore the racist/anti-semitism involved, but that doesn't mean you can just ignore it. This is a very nuanced issue where a guy said some horrible racist shit and a company decided to disallow him from profiting off of their copyrighted material. It sets a dangerous precedent for publishers and streamers rights, but you don't get to sterilize the argument by just removing the racist/anti-semitic shit from the discussion. This company didn't want their brand associated with hate speech and took legal actions to distance themselves from him using the DMCA laws. It's entirely valid to argue that they overstepped their bounds and that DMCA takedowns shouldn't be used that way. I believe it's also valid to say that if someone is profiting off of streaming your copyrighted material, you should be able to take that privilege away from them if they start spouting some Nazi shit.
