I mean... I am not trying to police what people do. But since you brought it up, I have a rather complex set of pirating rules that I live by. If I can support a game dev I will pay for a game. I don't NEED to steal. But if a game or company is no longer getting any money from that game, I will gladly private it. I have a Retro Pie with 11,000 games on it. 500gb of every game ever made from C64 to half of all PS1 and Dreamcast games. No one is getting money for any of those... mostly. the day Zombies ate my neighbors got a re-release I glady bought a copy.

When it comes to TV its a little different. I live in Japan and usually its a matter of convenience to pirate TV shows. Amazon Prime Japan hard encodes subtitles on every fucking show. Fuck that shit. Most movies don't come out for 6 months to 1 year here if AT ALL. So I pirate a lot of movies. But if its any good I go see it in theatres when and if it comes.

I don't steal because I can afford not too. I want to support the people who made this shit if I can and its not a super big pain in the balls.
