overspending on motherboard
GTX 970 is a huge waste of money at this price point when at this budget you could include a 1070
slightly cheaper memory
you don't need additional fans
put a better PSU on with S340 - if you want a MicroATX setup just say the word
2 CPU coolers aren't needed and I doubt you're even overclocking this so get a 212 Evo (someone suggested a low-end AIO like what??)
