First experience with the “We have to do a urine sample on everyone” lie. (Pregnancy test)

I have an issue where I "have" to get STD tests anytime I go to the doctor for any problems down there.
I had an IUD in for over a year, and was constantly in pain. I had started getting constant yeast infections, and I was always in too much pain to even attempt sex. I would get the same lecture about how the symptoms were similar to some STI or STD, and it was not likely from my IUD. Tests always came back negative, because, like I had told them, I was in too much pain for sex.

I am actually terrified of going to the gynecologist now, because not only was having to take the tests humiliating, but it was also so painful having them poke and prod me, ignoring my pain.
I ended up just taking my IUD out myself after my last experience, where I got blindsided by 3 male doctors-in-training shadowing the male gynecologist, watching me get a painful pap and STD test. When the students came into the room, me up on the chair with my legs spread, I remember actually freezing up in just sheer disbelief and horror.

After removing the IUD myself, the pain and problems I was having started to go away, what a shocker.
