[FIRST IMPRESSIONS] Kanye West - ye

Very dreamy and ethereal. I feel like Kanye's kind of gravitating towards being a bandcamp artist, because he's not making music that seems to be intended towards being commercially or even critically successful so much as just whatever he feels like. A lot of this album does not really do anything for me, I'll admit. But I do love Ghost Town, the intro, and I think I'll have to absorb the rest. I'm not down whatsoever with the last track though, which has a weirdly pedophilic vibe and betrays it's own progressive message with a sort of clueless lack of understanding of what it's fighting for. Either respect women or call them hoes, don't try and merge it halfway. Erica Simpson did great on the mixing, though.
