I never said I'm before, or against UBI. And, it's not some "conspiracy" done in secret. Many of the most famous rich people in America are OPENLY for this. Bill Gates isn't hiding it. Bezos isn't hiding it. None of them are. There's no conspiracy. It's happening right before our eyes.

I said the value of human labor is dropping due to AI/Automation. I never said that's good. I never said that's bad. It is what it is.

My overarching point was that rich people are supporting this for a reason... and that reason has been said by US presidents, authors, politicians, and thinkers for over a century... greater control and stability over society. It's not a secret. It's been going on since history began. And in the last century we've seen MANY examples of it playing out (Soviets, Mao, Nazis, etc).
