I doubt it. I once had a similar encounter, but I was fully clothed, in my own house and my craziness came from a seizure I had after a newly prescribed drug. Note I had never had a seizure before in my entire life. Since I assulted several officers in my attempt to (what I thought at the time) defend my home from them, I spent the next year in court fighting 4 felony charges. All this despite the hospital, numerous doctor's, my lawyer and court appointed mental examiner stating that I had no control of my actions after the seizure. They didn't let it go and fought as long as they could. It was eventually dismissed thankfully.

So I'd be surprised if this was much different, but of course that's my only experience and I could've just been unlucky.
