2). Look around a little more for a monitor. I a 27in, 144hz, 1080p display for $150 the other week on pcpartpicker.
3). That power supply seems dumb expensive. I would drop down to 80+ bronze, and you could save around 25 dollars. (They'd still be reliable too, from people like SeaSonic and EVGA).
4). Do you have a microcenter around you? You can get that CPU for 150ish and then take another $30 off if you bundle it with a motherboard.
5). Use Google Express. If it's your first time, you can take another 20% off of any part you pick up from them (some are competitive too)
