Not really, where are you from? Il give you some side information about belgium, the people in the Dutch part are obligated to learn french, you cant choose it you just get 4 hours french a week in school, if you fail. You have to most likely do your year over again. The people in the French part can CHOOSE to learn Dutch, if they choose Dutch and fail, no problem. So im annoyed by the fact that people in the Dutch part speak French and try to speak french with french tourists or coworkers, whilst the french people come to the Dutch part of our country and open a french shop there, if i go to the french part, nobody will even try to speak dutch, so why would we is my question, why would we learn french? To go to french shops in the Dutch part?
