First time grower, seeking advice.

Thing about this is, those that know how to do it here are doing it illegally. That's not something I'm willing to risk since I have children. This is why I have questions. I have a great resource in that my wife works for a huge agricultural foundation and has access to a wealth of knowledge when it comes to plants of all types. The only problem is that she doesn't want to jeopardize her job for something that isn't in the books yet. Also, I would move west in a heartbeat if I didn't have children whose mothers lived here. I'm prepared for the initial cost of the several hundreds of thousands of dollars and I do have an investor lined up. I just need a game plan prior to setting an appointment up with him. One of the bigger issues I will have with investors is that the bill states that ANY owner must reside in Oklahoma. So if somebody invests money they have to be a resident of the state.
