I total believe it. Haha I grew up in a "small" town of like 150k.. which is actually super small compared to NY, but not as small as the majority of small towns..i digress. In that town, everyone stares at each other like a lot. you just look at people like its normal. when i moved to the state capitol 800k people ignore everyone.. like if you staring you could get stomped on lol so I can't imagine how it would be living in NYC. I have a trainer from NYC one time, and it took him awhile to be able to greet me back with the same warmth that I greeted him with. eventually he caught on and had to explain like yo if you talk to ppl in NYC like this, you getting jumped lol
