First Time User: High cervix and where should your cup sit, really?

If you can’t feel it and it’s suctioned, it’s probably in the right position.

I have a high cervix and always have to bare down and (not to be TMI) pinch around until I get a grasp on it. I often have to stand up in the process to get a grip, or stand up then sit down, it’s always a process... It’s not fun but it sounds like our bodies may be built the same.

Was it a Diva Cup? This sounds IDENTICAL to my experience! I got the same cup for people who haven’t given vaginal birth.

I used Softdiscs years ago and loved them. I only switched to cups because they were reusable, cost effective, eco friendly, etc. I still think discs are the superior product for me! They don’t sit way up there, don’t put any pressure on anything (bladder, bowels), easy to insert, and super easy to grab, remove, empty.

Reusable discs just became available in my area and I just posted a thread asking about a few brands.
