Why is /fit/ so obsessed with Destiny lately? There's like 3 of these a day

Two to three days a week doing full body training with a big emphasis on correct form and developing the best range of motion you can. Then making sure that you walk a minimum of 5k steps a day (building up to 10k hopefully) and if you have a sport/activity you enjoy do that 1 day a week (two maybe if you have time/energy or aren't doing that third gym session)

The training wouldn't look wildly different than starting strength but the program does have some small flaws. Also Rippitoe's other suggestion about diet and form aren't great unless you are set on powerlifting/strength sports. Unfortunately you cant really know whether you want that till you start.
