Just comes across as people who aren't very educated in human development who really want to get big/swole. A desperation not that different from addiction. As you said, roid gut is nuts, your internal organs are literally failing to do their job, you have a nasty buildup of god knows what bacteria and rotting stuff in there as your body struggles to properly move it through. At least in my understanding. That's not good, I've personally known people to die from liver failure due to drinking, drugs, etc. It's not pretty, and no matter how many 15 year olds think it's worth it, it's not. Most of those people die in pain, alone, in a hospital bed if they're really lucky.
