Fittuber is toxic afff

fittuber's content is borderline scary because it really makes me wonder how millions of people can get themselves to blindly believe that literal garbage. i absolutely HATE content like this and i'll never agree with people who say that following such a pseudoscientific lifestyle "is a personal choice and should be respecTed", because let's get one thing straight here: i don't respect your opinion or choices because this is the very shit that breeds half the problems in this country, so many of them stemming from people and politicians who'll listen to anyone and everyone but academics and experts.

that said, somewhat in defence of ayurveda: apart from it's overly mystical and religious elements, there's a fair amount of science to this traditional medicine. i think the best example is the coronil bs that the private-labelling shithole called patanjali came up with, people critical of it were labelled anti-ayurveda and told that "just because it's all-natural and hERbal, doesn't mean it's ineffective". the real anti-ayurveda people here are brands like patanjali and their idiot enablers. ayurveda is a set of practices built on years of trial and error and uses these "all-natural" botanical extracts owing to the fact that people of that time were making do with what they had, not because they were chemical-haters or believed that putting a plant in a jar will fix everything and anything, there's a reason they used turmeric or ginger and not every and any stray weed in the field. doesn't compare to modern medicine by any measure, but predatory godmen and their corporations are the ones responsible for turning ayurveda into a completely anti-scientific shitshow
