WTF is this man talking about? These two lines read like propaganda talking points written by a public relations firm. There is an entire field of study called attribution science that is directly focused on just this issue. And as it matures, it will likely be a very powerful weapon in the courts to hold fossil fuel companies liable for climate related damages. And the author either doesn't know of it (because he's a meteorologist), or he's just straight up shilling.
