Five years worth of daily use on my favorite boots. Bought the new pair as a replacement since they just recently started making them again.

I'm going to be selfish and take this opportunity to ask you a question. No pressure to take the time to reply.

I have a massive arch in my foot. When working out, especially with running shoes, I eventually have to replace my shoes because my feet walk them inwards (if that makes sense?). Is there anything I can buy to help with this?

Secondly, and potentially more importantly, I have a big bump in the middle of the arch on my left foot. It's in-line with my big toe vertically, and located in the center of my arch. It's been slowly getting bigger over a couple of years. Due to how high my arch is, it doesn't touch the ground (yet). It's not painful but it doesn't feel good if I poke it hard.

Any idea? I'm sorry to dump all this on a Reddit comment lol, in Canada getting in to see a specialist right now is incredibly difficult
