Fix It Friday

That's absurd. I'm in NC, and while my youngest is in 4th now, he is still constantly on meets from 9am until 230ish. He does have a long (90 minutes. It's long because some of the kids have to get food from the schools, and that takes time) lunch, but the teachers are trying to encourage the kids to be active during that time as well as get something to eat. My friends with new kindergartens have said it's the same with their schools in the area, too.

Did you school decide to go virtual at the last minute? That's the only excuse I could think of to not have more prepared for young children. Our county decided a few weeks before, but all of the teachers were already working on both virtual and in person lesson plans because no one knew what was going on, so it's been an easier transition for the kids
