'Flat Earth Theory' is one of many conspiracy theories designed to mislead those who are awakening to the truth & to discredit conspiracy theorists by way of association | We unplug from the matrix only to be plugged into another - which all leads to a new form of religious fundamentalism.

I am a bit confused by your comment. 1. Of course catholic websites (but certainly not protestant/evangelical organisations, which often are strongly anti-catholic) have a strong interest in debunking the myth about the catholic church promoting a flat earth. But just because a statement comes from a biased source, that doesn't mean that the statement is wrong. It just means you should find a reliable source. 2. I fail to see how doubting the truthfulness of your statement about medieval comsology is "disgracing all those who were burned alive". This is a vile and baseless accusation. 3. I actively tried to find evidence for your hypthesis of a medieval flat earth model. I couldn't find any. All evidence from scholarly sources in academic journals strongly suggests that this is a modern myth. The catholic church, and I believe many theologians of the early protestant churches as well, were of course opposed to a heliocentric or other non-geocentric models. But there is not a shred of evidence that a majority of catholic theologians ever assumed a flat earth.

from the American Association of Geographers If you prefer a specific look into non-latin vernacular textual evidence, from the Modern Language Review [A chapter from Cartography in Prehistoric, Ancient, and Medieval Europe and the Mediterranean by Chicago University Press](I am a bit confused by your comment. 1. If you are interested, just use google scholar or any other search engine for academic journals.
