Flight School?

I took lessons about 20 years ago out of the Lebanon airport. Nice open skies out there away from BNA. I forget the instructors name but honestly he's probably not flying anymore as he was older gentleman 20 years ago.

Great little airport. There wasn't a package deal or anything. You just paid as you went. I want to say it cost about $80/hr including instructor, plane and fuel.

I stopped at about 10 hours. I could take off, land, navigate and was doing all for the pure love of flight and learning. But I asked myself what I was going to do with a license?

I honestly never thought about it but decided I wouldn't feel comfortable flying around loved ones so what was the point.
